Disabled Parking

Free parking may be available in nearby bays for those with a valid Blue Badge. Please ensure your badge is clearly displayed. Patients with limited mobility can be dropped off directly outside the surgery, and the entrance is fully wheelchair accessible.

Surgery sessions will operate at various times across these opening hours. Urgent requests may still be referred to the out-of-hours service if they fall outside of our core hours and at weekends.

Although the building will be open at these times, the telephones will be deferred to the out-of-hours service from 1pm to 2pm and after 6:30pm everyday. The surgery will occasionally be closed from 1:30pm to 3pm for staff training.

Sickness Certificates (Fit Notes)

You must give your employer a doctor’s ‘fit note’ (sometimes called a ‘sick note’) if you’ve been ill for more than 7 days in a row and have taken sick leave. This includes non-working days, such as weekends and bank holidays.
