Surgery sessions will operate at various times across these opening hours. Urgent requests may still be referred to the out-of-hours service if they fall outside of our core hours and at weekends.
Although the building will be open at these times, the telephones will be deferred to the out-of-hours service from 1pm to 2pm and after 6:30pm everyday. The surgery will occasionally be closed from 1:30pm to 3pm for staff training.

Sickness Certificates (Fit Notes)
You must give your employer a doctor’s ‘fit note’ (sometimes called a ‘sick note’) if you’ve been ill for more than 7 days in a row and have taken sick leave. This includes non-working days, such as weekends and bank holidays.

Call NHS 111 before you go to pre-book an appointment or wait to be seen without an appointment at one of our GP Hubs in Central Croydon, Purley, or Parkway.
Life Threatening
